Be Still and Know

If you feel that your problem is greater than I AM
Then my child, you have already been defeated
If you could have fixed it by now, then I’m sure you would have
Why do you think that I continue to allow these problems
It's only so that you would have to call on me, to help you solve them

If you didn't need me
Then you would be me
But you're not me, … so you do
…Need me that is.
Just the same as I need you

I need your mouth to spread my word
I need your hands to comfort those who hurt
I need your heart to bless the poor
I need to use each and every part of you,
Just remain humble, obedient, and continue to serve

I have given you many things to do
So that you wouldn't be in the way, … now move!
Yes you must stand, but not in my way
You must be still and know that I am God
And have faith, in your faith

Be still and know that I am God
I am greater than all of your problems
I AM wisdom, and I AM, even before the earth was ever made
So just be still and know that I AM God
And watch your worries fade away
