You Are My Ministry

To love you the way that God loves me
To humble myself and serve you on bended knee
To comfort you in those times when you are in need
To worship the Lord God through honoring,
Because you are my wife, you are my ministry

Not to exalt myself above you, but to submit myself beneath Him
Because you are my teacher, my preacher, my companion, and my friend
And If I desire to be the man, and the leader that God wants me to be
I have to love Him first, love you, and I also have to love me

That means being your support, and your protective cover
That means being your very best friend, and also your tender lover
Most of all, that means being able to minister the word of God to thee
Because my love, My Sweet Love
You are my ministry
