The Void
Just bow your head, and close your eyes
Let the Holy Spirit cleanse your life
God knows that you want to be free from your sin
And His arms are opened wide, to welcome you in
He can change your life; I am a witness that He will
Because there is a void inside that only He can fill

He knows everything that you're going through
During your hard times, He has carried you
No matter what you've done, it's never too late to change
Because He lives, there's always a brighter day
No one else will ever love you the way that He will
Because He left a void inside, that only He can fill

We have all wasted time looking
For that someone special to give our hearts to
That someone who will fill our lives with love
When the very one that we should be searching for
Is usually the last one that we ever think of

With no charge to you or me
He gave His life on Calvary
Before we were ever born
He had already paid the bill
But He left a void inside us all
That only He can fill
